Shipping Policy

We ship all our orders from our Belgian warehouse, near Antwerp.

UPS International Shipping Services:

UPS Standard:  Day definite by date scheduled  Delivery during the day.

UPS Express Saver:  1 - 5 Business Days  Delivery by end of day

UPS Express Plus:  1 - 2 Business Days  Delivery by 9:00 a.m.

UPS Express:  1 - 3 Business Days  Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon

* EXCEPTIONS:
- Item is not in stock.
- Payment is not received
- Shipping or billing information is incomplete or incorrect.


In these cases you will be contacted about the problem by one of our staff members and your order will be processed the following BUSINESS day.

Orders received Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will not process until Monday.

Fedex and UPS DO NOT deliver packages on Saturday / Sunday. In other words, a Next Day Air package that is shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. A 2 Day Air package that is shipped on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Business days DO NOT include: Saturday, Sunday, New Years Day , Memorial Day , Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are CLOSED during these days, however, you may place orders on our web site.

Regarding shipments to Canada, we are not responsible for Broker Fees, Import Duties or any other fees associated with the shipment.
